The staff was very attentive to our needs, especially to repair the broken hot water faucet on the shower (late on a Saturday evening). We observed that the edge molding on the bathroom sink was coming off, that there were major scratch marks on the dresser, as well as dry rot around the exterior door. There were also insufficient outlets for charging cell phones and hearing aids.

Check in was good. Staff was friendly. Our room was at the back of the building facing large propane tanks and other rooms. Upon opening the door, we were hit by a nasty, musty kind of smell. We left our door open most of the evening. There was no mat in front of the door and the floor was damaged, probably from wet shoes and likely where the smell came from. The breakfast was ok, but no gluten free options for me. We felt this hotel was very overpriced for the condition of it and what we got.

Overall good hotel for the price. The pool and spa are clean. The room was clean on arrival. However, the staircase smells bad. They offer a continental breakfast in buffet form. The coffee is quite watery.

Rundown dated facility very small room although there appear to be lots of vacancies on our floor they placed us right next-door to someone else whose TV I could hear right through the wall. We were also the third of 3 floors, and I did not see an elevator (nor did they tell us about one, so I don’t think there was one ) and I think they were plenty of rooms below, and it was a pain in the butt, hauling stuff up and down the stairs.

Disappointed in our accomodations, we were on the third floor. Had to walk up 27 steps to get to our room. We are both senior citizens, thank goodness we are both in good shape. No coffee machine in the room. Paint peeling in the bathroom, but it was very clean. Staff was excellent.
