O quarto era excelente! Super confortável. Atendimento foi ótimo! O café da manhã estava delicioso e farto. Só é ruim que não possuem vagas de estacionamento para todos os quartos e alguns familiares não tinha onde colocar o carro, principalmente os que chegaram de madrugada, ao final do casamento.

Sim, todo o time do atendimento. Em especial a Amanda, Aline, o Sr do restaurante e outras pessoas da recepção, que não ,me recordo o nome. Foram atenciosos, gentis e muito ágeis em todas as ocasiões. Virou meu hotel preferido na região, tanto que voltarei para comemorar meu aniversário nele, dia 08/11 e no final do mês de novembro, a trabalho. Muito obrigado pela ótima experiencia!!!

A qualidade caiu no geral. A limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar (basta olhar em baixo das camas para se ter uma boa ideia...). Roupa de cama sofrível. O café da manhã, apesar da boa variedade, não tem alimentos de qualidade: pães secos, suco de laranja passado, frios ruins, etc. E não tem plaquinhas para indicar do que se trata cada prato - não se sabe se é doce ou salgado ou qual o sabor... Ponto positivo para o staff, educado e atencioso.

Gostei muito do hotel, iria novamente e recomendo, apesar do chuveiro com pouca água (toralmehte sem forçar a água). Como era apenas 1 diária, nem reclamei. Mas no geral, tudo muito lindo, entrada imponente, carrinhos e suporte de transportar roupas tbem perfeito. Tudo muito limpo, atendimento de primeira, café da manhã perfeito. So nao consegui perceber o q tinha aos arredores. Academia linda, bem equipada
