Great hotel.
Had an amazing stay. Nelson, one of the server’s who looks after breakfast, always looks after me. Makes sure I’m okay along with so many guests. Amazing staff in general. Stayed here every year visiting family.

The staff ia amazing, very good people. The common areas( lobby, bar, restaurant) are in a very goos shape. But the maintenance in the rooms are very poor. They really need to take a better care of the rooms

Very highly recommended!
Very comfortable hotel, great service, delicious food and very nice gym and pool area. Rooms are a little old fashioned, but comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now, whenever I visit my family in Americana. This, I think, is the best hotel in the city of Americana, and it's perfectly fine and a suitable hotel. Apparently, they brand themselves as an upscale hotel, but it's far from upscale when compared to hotels in the US or even in bigger cities of Brazil. My first stay there I stayed at one of the bigger, nicer rooms on the avenue side, this time I decided that it wasn't necessary, and stayed at a smaller one in the back. The room was nice and comfortable with a large, clean, nice bed, either queen or king size, no frills. The bathroom was extremely small and a little cumbersome since at any time I went in I had to close the bathroom door in order to get to the shower. A small detail that bothered me immensely and that could have been easily and cheaply changed, my bedroom had bright white lights, rather than the nice soft warm white lights I'm mostly used to. It made me feel as if I was in a meatpacking plant. The bathroom flush was slow and non-efficient and I would expect that such hotel would've changed its toilets for water efficient ones at this point, but not the case. I used the "gym" once, which looks nice on the outside but sadly is very limited, supplied with low grade workout equipment. It was also very hot in it and when I called the front desk to ask where the AC remote control was they told me that it was broken, they built the gym the year before. Lots of construction

Amazing Cute Hotel
When you arrive at the hotel the appearance outside is not too invited but inside is much better, from the staff to nice room and amazing breakfast.

Hotel limpo, bem cuidado e com bom atendimento. O restaurante e a recepção são bonitos e muito bem decorados. O quarto é confortável. Só o banheiro que é muito pequeno, mas estava limpo e tudo funcionava perfeitamente.

Hotel muito mais bonito pessoalmente, café da manhã com várias opções, limpeza do quarto OK … a única queixa é a acústica do hotel, é possível ouvir qndo outros hóspedes usam o banheiro por exemplo. A pessoa q estava no andar de cima fez muito barulho até as 23:00 o que incomodou bastante. Fora isso, tudo bem com o hotel

Melhor Hotel! Amo! Mas sugiro melhoria no café
Gosto muito do hotel, já fiquei diversas vezes hospedada e continuo preferindo ele na região,. Mas, dessa vez, sugiro que haja melhorias no café da manhã, que foi um ponto forte do hotel até o ano passado e está falhando das últimas vezes que vim neste ano. O hotel está sempre cheio e uma só máquina automática (café/leite/capuccino) não dá conta de servir adequadamente todos. Formam-se filas o tempo todo e não há espaço suficiente. As famosas tacinhas de yogurt caseiro "delicioso" com fruta que sempre tiveream nos fins de semana sumiram. É uma perda importante para seu famoso café. Peço que inluam uma garrafa térmica com leite quente, nunca tem e toda vez preciso pedir, vem morno e pouco. Não dá pra repetir. Não tomo café de máquina e o leite dela tem gosto de espuma. Acho horrível e nao é compatível com o nível do hotel e sua diário. Oferecer somente a opção da máquina é um perfil de IBIS e hotéis mais simples. Não é compatível ter só essa opção e ao lado uma garrafa de café. Ao menos o leite quente, já que não tem as opções desnatado, sem lactose e nem outras. Outra coisa importante, as baguetes de pão integral estão muito ruíns sempre com gosto de velhas. Por favor, troquem urgente por pão de forma integral do tipo comum, mas que seja fresco!!! Essas baguetes integrais estão ruíns há tempos, massudas e velhas com gosto de bolor. E vcs não disponibilizam outra opção sem ser pão branco
