FUI PELAS AVALIAÇÕES E ME ENGANEI

Minha opinião: o atendimento na recepção, uns queridos. Lençol limpo, toalhas limpas. O chão do banheiro tinham uns cabelos, no começo achei o fim da picada, depois relevei. Vida que segue. Os amenities, esquece, muito fedidos, não dá para usar, peça quartos longe da estrada porque você estremece com cada caminhão que passa. O café da manhã tem um mix variado de produtos, mas se prepare para estar em um cenário de hospício se estiver lá no final de semana. Famílias se debatendo por mesas e pedaços de fruta. Peguei meu prato e fui comer no quarto. Não mereço isso no meu final de semana. Os pontos positivos que posso falar desse hotel é a recepção amigável , e por ser perto do shopping e lençol limpo, o resto esquece.

Quarto ao som de eventos religioso

Reservei um quarto para participar da corrida do Rock. Me colocaram em.um quarto térreo, ao lado da recepção e de frente para uma escada. Neste dia alugaram o salão superior para um evento evangélico que mais parecia um baile funk e que avançou além de um horário razoável. Fui reclamar e informaram queno evento já estava no fim. No fim chegou minha paciência com a barulheira, gritaria e móveis sendo arrastados em cima do meu quarto, além da bagunça na escada. Absurdo alugarem o espaço com o hotel, provavelmente, lotado. Se naoe estava, nunca poderiam alugar o quarto que eu fiquei.

Boa opção para se hospedar na estrada

Excelente localização, perto de um shopping e vários restaurantes. Boa cama, bom atendimento e bom café da manhã. Limpeza satisfatória. Poderiam melhorar os banheiros. Os sanitários estão encardidos, os ralos da pia e do chuveiro demoram para escorrer, acumulando água, o que é bastante desagradável.

Alguns pontos de melhoria.

No geral o local é bom. Poderiam melhorar a internet, o sinal é bem ruim nos quartos. E na questão de limpeza estava tudo bem até olharmos de baixo da cama para ver se estávamos esquecendo algo, ai descobrimos que o chão só era limpo em volta da cama. Em baixo tinha pó de muito tempo acumulado.

Custo alto para o que oferecem.

Reservei um quarto para casal e me colocaram num quarto com duas camas de solteiro juntas, nada confortável. Sem toalhas de rosto no banheiro e as de banho com qualidade bem ruim. Café da manhã bom, porém para as pessoas que decidem ir mais tarde , não tem mais opções e apenas uma funcionária servindo, mesas com louças sujas.
