O check in foi bom, o colaborador atencioso, simpático e educado! Quarto estava limpo e harmônico, apenas a TV extremamente Pequena! Hotel razoável. O café da manhã é muito bom, com boa variedade. Os quartos passaram por reforma, porém ainda é possível perceber a idade do hotel nos detalhes. Um ponto crucial foi a limpeza: não tive a sensação de que os lençóis estavam realmente limpos, o que comprometeu o conforto da estadia. Apesar da cordialidade dos funcionários, o check-in foi excessivamente demorado, impactando negativamente a experiência inicial no hotel. A cama é muito mole e o quarto é extremamente escuro. Em contrapartida, o banheiro é amplo e conta com uma pia grande, o que é um ponto positivo.
