“처음 방문하였을 때, 익숙치 않아 묻게 된 길을 친절히 안내해주신 직원을 만나면서부터, Melia hotel은 고객을 위하는 곳이라고 인식하기에 충분하였습니다. 부족한 영어 실력으로 몇차례 반복적인 질문을 하였음에도 체크인을 담당하셨던 분은 불편한 기색없이, 원하는 사항을 알 수 있도록 해주셨습니다. 침구는 정갈하게 정돈되었으며 화장실과 샤워부스는 청결하였습니다. Melia hotel은 처음 포르투갈을 방문한 15일간의 여행을 차분하게 정리하게 해주셨으며, 곧 다시 만나고픈 기대감을 주셨습니다. 대단히 감사합니다”

“When I got there to check-in they said they don't accept dogs. But the Expedia was saying they do accept dogs, it was written as "Pet Friendly". Once I showed this to them they said "we are pet friendly but not accepting animals!". I was very disappointed. Anyway, at the end they concede it. I think they already changed it in Expedia. The room was big enough and modern, was very nice! But few things should be improved as there was no chopping board and drying rack, more hangers etc. Eveything...
