"Overall adequate stay, very noisy on street level. Breakfast was not explained, no coffee or water in rooms, pillows not good! Air conditioning didn’t work."

"Perfect room and location was brilliant. Breakfast was very good, and hotel clean. Only downside was when we arrived we were charged €150 for three people, we was told this was to cover incase anything was charged to the room from the restaurant or the bar. We had no intentions of doing this but still had to put this down as a deposit and it wasn’t listed in the fees when we booked so was an unexpected cost which wasn’t factored in. Yes it was returned upon checkout but took a chunk of budget out of the holiday spending which we didn’t factor in or cover to transfer extra over into euros from sterling."
