My only complaint, and it’s a thin one, is that I understood there was a spa with a dry sauna and a wet sauna. Only the men’s locker room has both. The women’s just has a wet sauna but it was broken. Boo hiss. For a world class hotel, arguably one of the best in North America, this is unacceptable. We went to Strøm Spa instead and spent a wonderful day (and a not insignificant amount of money) enjoying the thermal spa facilities. "

"First of all, the location is 10+ if you are a tourist. Steps from Fanueil Hall. Efficient small lobby, quick elevators, and room cleaning upon request are pluses in my book. Also updated bathroom and comfy bed. Only negative was parking a couple blocks away at $39 a day. "
