The standard room is extremely small — there’s not even enough space to open a suitcase comfortably. The staff were not friendly or helpful. At the front desk, they did not provide clear information. There was also an incident where a staff member tried to enter a full elevator with a cart and became upset when there was no space. Overall, the stay was not comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"the hallway on the 1st and 3rd floor smells bad. probably because of smoke, and there’s this moment that the smell seems like someone is frying a fish. this is not just my comment but also to my relatives staying in the other room. but staff was great during check out and room is still clean. "

"The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The location of this hotel is really great, walking distance to a lot of major areas in downtown Vancouver as well as public transportation hubs. The beds were comfy and rooms cleaned regularly. If I ever come back to Vancouver, I would definitely stay here again. "
