"Staff were welcoming and service was exceptional. Room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable with lots of space. Good value! Shower water temperature was very difficult to adjust to start and then had bouts of ice cold or burning hot while in it. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Our Suite room had lots of space and the beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and common areas were clean and fresh. Foam pillows were an unexpected positive for my allergies. Location was right on Granville Street, not far from attractions by cab. Parking was a little pricey at $45/night and parking garage is pretty tight. Take care not to bump the pillars in the parking lot. A minor couple things: pull-out bed was noisy and not very comfortable; bathroom door rubbed loudly against the door frame and should have been attended to before our arrival. I would consider staying here again."

"Room was a really strange shape and set up poorly. No streaming or tv services. No convenience store or shop and no vending so no way for treats, snacks or to get a pop. Right across from a hospital so sirens go all night. "

"Good enough. You get what you’re paying for and for the price compared to the $$$$$ of others it was okay. It smelled of febreeze quite strongly. The people in the room above us were moving chairs all night. Definitely wait for a higher floor. On the third floor you’re looking directly into other people. The Parkade was exceptionally empty, which was nice. You’re just a little down from all of the more popular areas after passing by a lot of vape shops and pubs. It is incredibly close to Granville Island, however. "

"No mountain view that I could see. We requested early check in but that was not accommodated. Our room was right by the elevators so we were disturbed a few times when trying to sleep. Gym and pool are shared with residents so almost always busy. Breakfast was ok but not many plant based options. Overall decent hotel but would try another hotel if we return to Vancouver."
