"Clean room was ok, Not hot water available and it was just for 5 minutes hot and the run cold water again every time we tuck showers. Very laud place to stay we stayed at floor 30th and we can hear the noise from the street. Parking was very good Staff very friendly."

"CONS: LOUD!! Not within the hotel itself, but outside, the party goes all night long. Between loud, thumping music, to people yelling and sirens every 10 minutes or so. There is a LOT of homelessness and drugs, day and night. There is no hiding the drug use, either. That is the neighbourhood, though (which we didn't realize until we arrived). The rooms/mattresses are old and dated. PROS: The staff are wonderful! They were so friendly and helpful. Upon arriving, they greeted our son with a treat bag! "
