"Reception was awesome, and the suite was huge (although the bathroom door opens directly right in front of the toilet). The only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the pounding on the floor overhead after midnight, but I don't know if hotel management could predict that. The location is near the Canadian history museum and the Alexandra pedestrian and vehicle bridge, the other side of which is near the US embassy and Bytown. "

The included buffet breakfast was a hit with the kids, and a great way to start the day. "As soon as you walk in you feel you are in an upscale hotel. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating.
The hotel is easy to navigate. We particularly loved, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna room.
There is also inside access to the Rideau Mall.
Our room had a beautiful view of Parliament which was a really great view as the sun was setting.
We will be back for sure. "
