Everwild Canmore Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"WE loved the hotel and Spa. Rooms are clean and new and just plain beautiful. The Spa was excellent although quite busy on a Sunday. Everything in the Spa worked beautifully and the view of the mountains and the sunset was gorgeous (The powerline through the view does detract a bit but it's still epic). Such a great stay and I would recommend it. Couple points of feedback 1. The Diner at the Restaurant was very tasty. The wild Boar I would recommend. What I didn't appreciate was paying $14 for some mashed potatoes and another $15 for some broccolini, to go with my $38 boar which comes with the smallest portions of (pickled?) vegetables and nothing else. So $67 for a pork chop mashed potatoes and veggies. 2. Breakfast at the on site restaurant was just plain terrible. The eggs were tasteless the sausages just did not taste good, bacon as thin as possible. That was a disappointment."

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet hôtel. La localisation était parfaite pour nous (un peu à l’écart du centre de Banff) donc plus calme. On avait une passe d’autobus gratuite pour se déplacer vers le centre, entre autre. Le personnel était très aimable. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon et celui de l’hôtel voisin est très pratique pour les déjeuners et collation. Très bel hôtel avec une zone spa/sauna très agréable après une grosse journée de randonnée"

"We and our pets had the most spectacular stay at this hotel. If you have the chance to book Gold status it makes all the difference. The staff and facilities were amazing. Yes the bathrooms are on the small side as this is a UNESCO property so there were limitations in how they could be designed. But everything else was phenomenal. There are so many people we want to thank from Hamish in the valet who greeted us by name! to Chamath, Caitlin, Katie, Georgia, Chris(also in valet) , Olivier, Shane and the best housekeeper Howard! We look forward to coming to visit Banff again as it is truly one of the most spectacular places to go!"
