"A very comfortable, well maintained accommodation close to downtown Banff. The staff were very welcoming and always available to help. Our accommodation came with a bus ‘Roam’ ticket which gave us free travel in the local area. This is an exceptional property and highly recommended as a base for exploring rhe local area."

"We had the most enjoyable stay at this hotel. We were traveling with another couple and stayed for 3 nights visiting Banff, Lake Louise and the Columbia Icefields during our stay. The staff was so friendly and the lobby was clean and inviting. Rooms were clean and very spacious with a large bathroom and wonderfully hot water and included liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The continental breakfast was decent. We didn’t use the pool but the hot tub was very relaxing after long days of walking and sightseeing. We traveled in mid May before summer rates get higher so the rooms were very affordable. We give this a 5 star review and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a beautiful stay in the Banff area. "
