"These are old dated units. You can hear every footstep up above and I wouldn’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper."

"Hot tub and sauna were amazing. Good location in town close to everything except the train lines which ran a lot. We are light sleepers so this was a shock to our system. Bed was too firm but this is a personal preference. Great shower area and overall great customer service."

"Parking was secure. Love the area the hotel is in, quieter and farther away from the train noise that rattles throughout the valley. Bed was comfy. Hot tub area looked great, we did not personaly use. Good value. "

"Was disappointed of location of our room. Almost the farthest room from the elevator. We could not enjoy our balcony due to the construction outside. We were not told this may be an issue. We had come to this hotel for a few visits and were disappointed. I feel like we were punished for not booking directly with the hotel. One of our most favourite reasons for staying was the sauna, which was not working and the jacuzzi had no pressure in the jets. "

"Heater turned itself on in the middle of the night and tried to cook us. Spent the rest of the night with the door open trying to get some sleep. The overall experience was decent the room turning into a sauna was terrible. The staff was quite friendly and knowledgeable."
