“Very nice hotel located near click tower and pier. Hotel is very clean and looks newly renovated. I stayed at 2nd floor and room is really nice not small. Have separate parking staff parked my car.Elevator is very cute and small for 2. Have garden behind the hotel. Overnight stay but really satisfied in everything clean, kind staff, convient location and price. As I had to leave early in the morning I could not experience breakfast but may be over average.”

“I strongly recommend the place, renovated 3 years ago and some rooms facing water and sunset. There was an issue with air-con ; but the G.M., M. Okan, addressed the situation immediately and went out of his way to provide me with a room in another hotel close-by, with upgraded services.”

“Good space for a quick stay. The room was very small for a longer stay, nice to have bunks. Breakfast was nothing special, little options for fruits or proteins.”

“Estuvimos 2 noches y nos toco una habitación con vistas al puerto en el 4 piso. Hermosa habitación amplia con sala de estar. Ducha fuerte, baño amplio . El personal super atento y comunicativo a pesar de no hablar español. Tienen valet parking lo que soluciona el tema del estacionamiento. Ellos lo llevan y te lo traen cuando lo solicitas. Imposible estacionar en la zona. El desayuno muy completo y en un salón con vistas al estrecho de Dardanelos. Todo perfecto!”

“Hotel was practical, neat and clean. The staff were good our only issue was the language barrier. Overall the staff tried to help to make our stay enjoyable. You get what you pay for so I can't complain. Was grateful for air-conditioning in our room. The room was a little out dated. I give it 3.5 stars out of 5.”

“This hotel is over 200 yrs old and the rooms are from 200 yrs ago, nothing has been renovated. The room is a cubby hole, with an ancient bed, mattress worse than a youth hostel, discussing bathroom, closet falling apart! Everything falling apart, towels like rags, bedding yellow and rough - from 200 yrs ago! They gave us used tiny pieces of soap, shower barely runs water, no toilet paper or toilet paper holder. My husband had to go downstairs and ask for some while I was on the toilet....

“번화가에 위치한데다가, 저희가 금요일 저녁시간에 도착하여 호텔 앞에 잠시 정차하고 짐을 내릴 수도 없었습니다. 호텔 주변을 세바퀴 돌고 어렵게 정차한 뒤 직원분께 도움을 요청해서 직원분이 주차대행해주시는 다른차를 따라가서 외부주차장에 주차를 했고, 그곳부터 좁은 인도를 따라 짐을 가지고 5분이상 걸어왔던 것 같아요. 이 과정이 정말 너무 너무 힘들었습니다. 그래도 체크아웃하는 날엔 차를 가져다주셔서 편하게 마무리했습니다 호텔은 아주 쾌적하고 깨끗했고, 오션뷰를 선택했는데 바다도 잘 보였습니다. 직원분들도 친절하셨어요! 조식은 저희 입맛에는 보통이었고, 쿨레호텔 전에 머물렀던 호텔은 메뉴가 다양하고 카이막이 무한 제공되어 아이가 식사하기 좋았는데, 쿨레호텔 조식은 카이막이 따로 선택하는 유료 메뉴였고 양이 매우 적어서 아쉬웠습니다.(여행 초반이라 보통 어느정도의 카이막을 주는지 잘 모르겠지만 간장종지그릇 같은 크기의 그릇에 동글동글 으깨진 형태로 제공됩니다) 쿨레호텔 주변에는...
