the shower door was broken when we got there ,but didn.t boder us to much for one night stay. I recommend the property for turist looking for quaiet and clean rooms. The staff should provide a blanket due the cold season , is not very worm inside the room during the night

The hotel room has amazing views and the staff was very courteous. The check in was smooth and the breakfast served in a superb restaurant with a very lovely server. We had the best food there. However, the amenities were next to zero with nothing other than a bed and tv in your room. The state of building is deteriorated with age and needs a complete rework. Bed frames were super old, mattress was worst and moist, and not to forget the bed bugs. It was absolutely unhygienic but only with a quant sea blue color interiors and views of Bosphorus to please you. I’m still suffering from allergies which I picked up with the bed bug bites at this hotel. I won’t recommend to stay here unless they fix it. Feedback was duly provided to the manager on duty as well.

Sunsan is a lovely waterfront hotel and we enjoyed our 4 nights here very much. Our view of the Marmara Sea was wonderful and our magnificent included breakfasts each morning were traditional Turkish with so much delicious food that we never had to eat lunch when we were out for the day. All staff were kind and helpful which made staying here even more enjoyable.

Warm clean room. Great location, if a little out of the way. Perfect if you are travelling by car. Good breakfast. Only negative is the evening restaurant. Very pricey and the food quality not on a par with the price. Enjoyed my six nights here on the shore of the Dardanelle strait.

Not a good place to stay, property is run down, rooms stink, parking is not existant it's always used by staff an restaraut, hotel cares more about the restaurant they run than the hotel, very noise becasue of constant parties. Description of the hotel is not even close to what it is online, and hotel does not refund you once you get there and realise it, they do not even respond back. there much better option around for same price.

Umarım tekrar gitmek zorunda kalmam.

Girişte bir bilgilendirme yapılmadı, en basitinden kahvaltı saati dahi söylenmedi. Saati duvara yazmalarına güvendiler sanırım ama diğer bilgiler için çaba göstermeniz gerekiyor. Mutfak oldukça yavaştı gün içerisinde siparişlerimiz çok geç geldi. Ücretler de pahalı geldi, bölgede pek tesis yoktu sanırım bu etkili. Kahvaltı yavaş geldi ve hep aynı geldi hiç değişiklik yoktu. Roof bar kısmı dedikleri hiç açılmadı. Sadece personellerin biz dahil kimseye saygısızlık yaptığını görmedim tek iyi yanı buydu. Ama tekrar gelmeyi düşünmüyorum ve sizin acentanızın böyle bir tesisle çalışması bana diğer konaklamalarımda olumsuz fikir oluşturacak ve sizi tercih etmemize mani olacaktır.

Manzarası hizmetleri kahvaltısı 10 üzerinden 10 mükemmeldi,temizliğe gelince genel olarak temiz olduğunu söyleyebilirim taa son gece yastıkların arkasına saklanan 3-5 böcek görene dek(bed bugs?)dışarıdan mı geldiler yoksa zaten var mıydı bilemem ama genel olarak gayet iyi ve güler yüzlü bir işletme.

Havuz ve plaj seçeneği olması çok memnun etti bizi. Ayrıca Dardanosun atmosferi ve tatillik alanını çok beğendik. Otelin tek sorunu havuzu bolca çocukların kullanması olabilir. Ailelerin tercih ettiği bir yer olmasından kaynaklanıyor fakat havuzu işgal etmeleri biraz rahatsız ediciydi. Bunun dışında restaurantın yemekleri gayet keyifliydi. Odalar temizdi.

Sunsan Çanakkale.

Selam Tamamen tesadüf olarak seçilmiş biryerdi. Hatta başka yerlere de bakmıştım. Sonrasında bakalım ne çıkacak diye düşündüm. Sunsan otele kendi aracımla yola çıktım. Resepsiyon gayet güleryüzle ve nazikçe karşıladı. Rezervasyonumu bildirdim. O anlık müsait olan deniz manzaralı bir odaya yönlendirdiler Ve olay orada koptu. Odanın balkonundan baka kaldık gemilerin Allı yeşilli geçişine dalgaları küçücük kumsala koşarcasına gelmesine dubalara bağlanmış olan küçük kayıklar sanki dans ediyorlardı. Şahane iki gecelik bir konaklama yaşadık eşimle dinlendik dalgaların sesini rüzğarın melodisini dinlemek çok iyi geldi bize. Yemek yemek bile aklımıza gelmedi desem abartmamış olurum. (Yemek yedik ) tabiki. Yemekler şahane servis hızlı odalar temiz hepsinden önemlisi bizim için sakinlikti ve maalesef dönüş zamanı gelmişti. Tekrar gelme kararıyla yüzümüzde buruk nir gülümsemeyle sunsan hotelden ayrıldık. Şehirden biraz uzaklaşmak istiyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer. Gidin görün😊

Genellikle servis güler yüzlülük ve yardımseverlik vardı. Ancak büyük bir sorun olarak şunu diyebilirim. Yerler kirli, toz doluydu ve saçlar vardı yerin her tarafında. Yerler daha iyi temizlenebilirdi. Yere basınca saça basmaktan artık yorulup kendim temizlik yapmıştım.

The hotel is lacking in customer care, we arrived after a long journey to find a party held by and for the hotel in the garden, the music was louder than a rock festival. They had no consideration for the hotel guests The music lasted until 12:30 We could not use any of the hotel facilities or sleep due to the excessive noise The subsequent 2 days we had no housekeeping for our room The 2nd day we arrived back to the hotel after they had finished and had our room changed, unfortunately the air conditioning did not work We brought all these points to the reception staff who were uninterested The hotel is in a lovely area, is clean and the breakfast was lovely, it’s such a shame about the noise and housekeeping as they really clouded our stay

Sehr enttäuschend fand ich die Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Es lagen noch überall Haare von vorherigen Gästen herum. Die Mitarbeiterin im Empfang hat auf uns keinen glücklichen Eindruck gemacht. Die Ausstattung im Hotel ist in Ordnung. Alles in einem waren wir froh, dass wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten.
