Exelente, a única reserva negativa são as estradas pra chegar até o hotel, o caminho da minha roça tá bem melhor que o de lar , gastava mas ou menos unhas meia hora pra ir da cidade até lá no resort andando a 10 por hora , estradas cheia de buracos e lagoas

Tudo muito bom. Exceto a cozinha

Hotel muito bom, funcionários super cordiais e atenciosos. Porém a comida servida no Hotel deixa totalmente a desejar. Muito ruim. Totalmente incompatível com o local e preço. Porém o local é os funcionários são nota 1.000 O Luan, que fica na recepção, super atencioso. Obrigada Makaira

Só não dou nota 10 porque o acesso tem um percurso de 4km de estrada sem asfalto e o preço da refeição está o dobro comparado com os valores da região. O restante é 10, pra tudo.

Muito bom para descansar sem tumulto.

Muito boa estadia, porem no atendimento do restaurante houve muitas falhas, como por exemplo comandar o pedido e não chegar na mesa, e muita demora para ser atendido na área da piscina, tendo que levantar e ir pegar no balcão, na parte da manhã tira gosto bom, mas no restaurante a noite, horrível uma massa que pedimos.

Tive algumas decepções quanto a estrutura que mostrava as fotos com a realidade do hotel, café da manhã fraco se comparado as fotos no site, piscina com pouca água, diferente das fotos, restaurante com comida cara e pouca quantidade, muita demora na entrega do pedido e com pouca qualidade.

A estadia foi boa. Ótimo lugar para relaxar, não tem barulho e poucas pessoas. A estadia poderia ter sido melhor se a cama do quarto fosse mais macia e tivesse uma melhor iluminação no quarto, principalmente perto do guarda-roupa, fiquei 5 dias e não consegui guardar as roupas no guarda-roupa porque era muito escuro, os móveis já são de cor escura e falta de iluminação não ajuda. Fui em um período considerado fora de época, com pouquíssimas pessoas hospedadas e o café da manhã deixou a desejar, poucas opções e em poucas quantidades, teve um dia que teve cachorro quente, mas não tinha mais pão, pois já tinha acabado e ainda faltava uma hora pra encerrar o período do café. Acredito que em alta temporada o café seja melhor, mas o lugar é excelente, amei a localização por ser mais afastado.

Experiencia decepcionante, ja fui ao local pela 3 vez mais p atendimento muito ruim, os pratos demoravam demais pra sair, cardapio limitado, nao existe no hotel mais all inclusive, e talvez por isso o atendimento ficou pessimo , poucas pessoas para atender e olha que nao estava cheio.

Experiência péssima .

Não gostei do resort , quarto com cheiro forte de poeira , comida exposta e muitas moscas , a recepção Desconhece os próprios serviços do hotel, demora em atender as necessidades do turista, precisei de um ferro para passar roupa , e só foi chegar depois q já havia vestido a roupa , nunca mais volto , existe Resorts melhores próximos dessa região .
