“After booking a 2 bedroom apartment again from a previous stay, last time we stayed there the lifts were broken and made a horrendous noise all night and we couldn't sleep, as our room was right next to the lift, we asked to move because we had no sleep, on our return this time I specifically emailed because of the noise last time, and the reply was they can't promise anything but will see what they can do, we got our room keys, and it was the directly next to the lifts again. “First time staying at Abode, room was great, everything seems new. Comfy bed with mini kitchen. Great staff with smiles, shops near by. will definitely visit again.”
