The property was well maintained. The staff was super friendly and courteous. The stay was just awesome. Love the pool and all the restaurants, they were just perfect.

Food is not the best. They offer some type of promotion and at first they treat you very well but after you say NO they change their attitude right away. It almost feels like you are being forced to get it after being told “you are not obligated”.

All the pools were excellent. Even during their busy days they were never crowded. There might have been the occasional day it's a little harder to find a chair but there's 4 pools if you're in the Serenity Club otherwise there's two pools you can use). The round pool is to the left of the big round tower you can see at a distance.
The rooms were all very clean and the bed was comfortable along with the fluffy pillows.
Staff were all excellent except for one older shorter guy that worked at breakfast on the Serenity restaurant. He was not friendly, wouldn't bring food we ordered and was a little impatient at times.
