Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.

Our overall trip was excellent! Right from the start, check-in was seamless, and our luggage arrived in our room shortly after we did. The staff member who brought our bags took the time to show us how everything worked and gave us a great overview of the resort. Housekeeping was top-notch—providing robes, slippers, a steamer, a hairdryer, and high-quality toiletries. The mini-bar service was also fantastic and consistently restocked every day as promised. There was a great variety of dining options. The hibachi restaurant was wonderful, though it requires reservations and fills up quickly (definitely plan ahead!). I only wish it had been open on Thursday and Friday evenings. The main buffet offered plenty of delicious options for every meal. We loved the make-your-own omelet station for breakfast, though service was occasionally slow—about half the time, we were halfway through our meal before our water or drinks arrived. We eventually just started bringing bottled water from our room. We attended a wedding during our stay, which was the main reason for our trip. Interestingly, at our event, they wouldn't play music past 10:00 PM, yet on two other nights, we could hear loud music and heavy bass from our room past 10:30 PM. Evening entertainment was always enjoyable. Overall, we would recommend this resort to singles, couples, and families alike, and we wouldn't hesitate to return!
