"Overall, I'd rate our stay 4 out of 5 stars. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and worked very well for our family of five. The fully equipped kitchen was exactly as advertised, which was important since we planned to cook during our stay. The dishwasher worked perfectly, and having hot water gave us peace of mind when washing dishes. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was great for traveling with teenagers. We also loved the balcony—it was clean, quiet, and the perfect place to enjoy coffee every morning. The pool was never overcrowded, and the overall atmosphere of the property was peaceful and relaxing. Our biggest issue was maintenance. We discovered that the kitchen sink was leaking underneath the cabinet after using it throughout the day. Judging by the condition inside the cabinet, it appeared this may have been an ongoing problem. We contacted the front desk several times, and although maintenance eventually came, the leak was never actually fixed. We ended up improvising a way to catch the water ourselves. Our first impression during check-in also wasn't the best. The front desk staff didn't seem particularly welcoming, and that set the tone for the arrival experience. Private parking is available for $25 per night, but it's located quite far from the villas. With better preventive maintenance and more consistent customer service, this could easily be an excellent place to stay. We'd consider returning and hope to see those improvements in the future."

"When I booked through Expedia, I didn’t get an email for gate codes until the night I arrived on the island.. I had to call the number and the phone line wasn’t a good connection - lady was hard to hear/understand. However shortly thereafter hanging up, I received a text message with all the information. The guesthouse was beautifully maintained! Room had ice cold ac.. the shower water didn’t get that warm, but it was charming! Very close to El Yunque Rainforest, lots of restaurants and beautiful scenery! The people and culture here are charming! I would overall rate my experience here a 8/10, and would definitely choose to book here again in the future."

"Casa Parcha is something else! Sleeping in the middle of the forest to the sounds of hummingbirds, a river, and a waterfall in the background is just unbelievable. Waking up to that morning felt surreal. Felt completely safe the entire time and our host was super responsive — any question we had, they were right there. Never felt stranded or unsure about anything."

"The best place I have ever stayed in. I’ve been coming to Puerto Rico twice a year since I was born and this villa was the best time I’ve had in my 26years. The owner and chef Pablo was so welcoming, accommodating and kind ! The food served every morning was so good it had me sad that I lived in New York unable to get it every morning. The rooms were clean , smelled amazing and so cool. The pool was never too packed so you can really enjoy your stay and relax. We were able to get Ubers and Uber Eats. We will be back !"
