Such a magical experience! Hotel Tugu it feels like you're literally walking into a Balinese museum. It is conveniently located downtown canggu and across from the beach yet you still feel secluded and have your privacy.

Had a wonderful stay here. The Dedari suite was even better than expected with the outdoor pool and semi-outdoor bathroom. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful throughout the whole stay. Highly recommend if you are ever visiting Canggu.

Beautiful property. Modern conveniences in a classic Bali setting. We had a room with private pool and the room was huge. King bed, indoor/outdoor bath surrounded by water and fish. Mini bar(pay for most items). Breakfast was plentiful it had ala cart and buffet items. Afternoon tea with snacks. Staff was incredible and provided anything you needed. Walkable to the beach and bars and restaurants nearby. Wife loved the Japanese restaurant where we watched the sunset on the roof. Would recommend.

Hotel Tugu was an amazing introduction to our stay in Bali. The room with both the private pool and outdoor shower were serene. Traditional Bali artwork took you back in time. Staff was welcoming and charming. This hotel was a world away amidst the bustling part of Canggu.

This hotel property is nothing like you’ve ever seen! It’s like Heaven on Earth - truly the most amazing place - especially on the pool grounds! Service, food, drink and rooms top notch too. Do try! I promise you will be obsessed with the escape and attention to detail and nature honored. We did white water rafting nearby and that was a great coordinating activity!

I’m so torn on my review of this property. The staff was so lovely. It is so very close to the beach, and shops. But, I chose this hotel based on other reviews about how it is a sanctuary in the middle of Canggu. I could not disagree more. Fireworks going off right outside my villa every night. Loud nonstop music from the beach clubs every night. This is not the fault of the hotel, I’m just shocked that other guests left reviews about the serenity of the hotel, when it is not that. If I was 20 years younger, it would have been great. The villa is large, and breakfast is beyond awesome, the staff is so sweet. The spa was not my favorite, but it was just ok. The bathtub could have been much cleaner, but the room was spotless. I loved the fish in the entrance to my room. The dances they had one evening in the lobby was wonderful. For sure a mixed bag here for me.
