"Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Venice for the first time. Excellent location, easy to get to. Very central. Easy to walk throughout the city. Clear instructions provided for check-in and check-out. The place is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Helpful to have whatsapp communication as well for any updates/questions. The hotel it self was very comfortable, came with everything we needed, and was reasonably clean. There was a few spots in the washrooms that needed a fresh coat of paint, but that was easy to live with considering the location and price."

"We loved staying here. The doors opening onto the canal were a real treat. I saw reviews complaining about the smell, but we had no issues whatsoever. You are staying on the canal - of course it will smell like water! If you follow the directions you are given to the property, you will not get lost (do not use Google maps, just use the directions you are given). We would recommend this property 100 times over. We genuinely loved it!"
