A very nice stay, the room was great and was clean. Amenities were ok but I had to ask for more coffee as they only give a small amount for your stay and the water wasn’t refreshed which I was expecting to be when I had my room serviced.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel le Sud. The location is perfect- very close to the beach, restaurant, shops… we walked pretty much everywhere. The hotel is basic, but with a chic design, spacious rooms, and lovely pool area. The breakfast was affordable and had a nice variety. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cost effective option with everything you need!

Rooms were clean and well presented. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices including hot food such as scrambled eggs and sausages. The hotel is just 2 minutes walk from the train station and local town centre, and 5 minutes from the beach. A perfect location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always ensuring everything was ok.

Very nice hotel. Helpfull personal. Very good location with the trainstation just 200 m from the hotel. We can recommend the hotel. The only we miss was a small kitchen to make our own food.

The property has been sympathetically updated. The rooms are small but well equipped with a generously sized bathroom. The garden and pool area although small is a little oasis away from the busy resort. Staff were very helpful and we had an enjoyable stay

Great little hotel

What a gem. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the hotel is well located between the old town and the beach. The room was beautifully clean and the bed really comfortable. Thank you to everyone on the front desk, all were so ready to assist.

Perfect location

The hotel is in a prime location not far from the train station. After just a few minutes walk the shops, restaurants, cafes and beach are all available. The hotel is kept immaculately clean, the staff are wonderful and they are so helpful if any problems arise. The breakfast choice is excellent and well presented. I highly recommend Hotel le Sud after staying there many times over the years.

Excellent Stay in J Lea P

Excellent little hotel very convenient for train station, bars and restaurants. Quiet location with minimal noise from building works nearby. Looks like the major work they were doing on flats nearby is complete so any disturbance should be minimal. Secluded pool and sunbathing area is a real bonus. It is very sheltered and is a real sun trap. Staff were very pleasant during our four night stay and if in J les P again then we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel

Highly recommended! Perfect location to everything and very friendly staff and atmosphere. Only a few minutes walk from the train station but located in a very quiet neighbourhood. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again!

When you see the pictures it looks like a brand new hotel, but actually it is renovated. The service was really good but the rooms not so much. We had a baby and thought the room was a little cold but there was no opportunity to warm it

A charming hotel wirh great location and fabulous staff! The General Manager does everything he can to make your stay the best possible! Great atmosphere, close proximity to the train station, only two minutes walk- and close to the beach and everything else in Juan Les Pins. Quiet and very clean hotel. Highly recommended

The best hotel ever!!!

Thank you Hôtel Le sud for the best stay! This was our first visit and definitely won’t be the last. Every single staff member was overly friendly and so so lovely, they couldn’t do enough. They have us recommendations for the local area, the room was lovely and location just perfect. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a personalised mug! Thank you so so much, we can not wait to come back!
