The room was clean, and we didn’t interact with the staff much. The room itself was ok, the decor didn’t feel in line with the south of France… A/C wasn’t too good, it worked but needed to be on all the time to get any benefit, on the fastest setting it barely did anything but the room was temperate if left on all day. Paid my city tax on arrival and on exit, I was told I hadn’t paid… a good argument later he realised I wasn’t who I thought he was, didn’t believe I had paid my tax and wanted me to pay again. Sour end to a “good” hotel to be honest.

Not recommended. Hotel was semi clean but don’t get fooled by the photos. I checked in and out all within 20 min. Old property, felt like a dorm room. Old carpet and doors. No essentials in the shower, no shampoo, no conditioner, no soap. The phone is old and can’t dial directly to the front desk. Have to actually call the number. I had to use my phone several times and no one picked up. Lack of service. And not to mention the light issue in the room. Complete disaster for a 5 star hotel. I reached out for refund and they declined. So I paid for 4 nights, I didnt . Stay in the hotel. Had to find another hotel for my stay which took me a whole day. Ruined my vacation. I have watched out to the hotel and never heard back. Complete waste of money! Looks elsewhere. Pay a little more and stay at different property.

Der Aufenthalt war super schön. Das Hotel hat einen Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke und ist gut zu laufen bis zum Zentrum. Nur 5 Minuten. Es war sehr sauber. Die Zimmerservice Kräfte waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig. Kann ich sehr empfehlen. Mein persönliches Highlight war, das hohe und bequeme Bett im Hotel. Sehr gerne wieder!

einfach alles in allem TOP ! super nettes Personal, Moderne große Zimmer, eigener Parkplatz, überragendes Frühstück. Einziges Manko: Hatten ein Zimmer neben der Rezeption und dort gibt es kaum gut isolierte Türen. In der Nacht leider extrem laut gewesen, es war als würde jemand neben einem stehen und sprechen. Hier könnte man nachbessern - alles andere jedoch herausragend!

Die gebuchte Suite befindet sich praktisch im Untergeschoss; dadurch war es im Zimmer sehr stickig, da das Reinigungspersonal die Fenster nicht geöffnet und das Zimmer nicht gelüftet hatte. Zudem liegt die Suite direkt neben der Rezeption, sodass es extrem laut war und man jedes Gespräch an der Rezeption deutlich mitverfolgen konnte. Der Check-in dauerte ungewöhnlich lange, weil sich das Personal sehr viel Zeit liess. Es war nur eine einzige Mitarbeiterin anwesend, während etwa zehn Gäste gleichzeitig einchecken wollten. Ich war bereits mehrere Male in diesem Hotel, aber dieses Mal war es einfach zu viel und inakzeptabel. Es geht mir nicht um das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sondern darum, dass es sich offiziell um ein 4‑Sterne‑Hotel handelt, das diesen Standard aus meiner Sicht aktuell nicht erfüllt. Am Abend scheint sich niemand für das Geschehen in der Lobby zu interessieren: Türen werden zugeschlagen, es wird herumgeschrien, und vom Personal kommt keinerlei Reaktion. Das ist wirklich sehr schade, denn ich hatte in Ihrem Hotel bereits andere, deutlich bessere Erlebnisse.

Lovely hotel within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants near Le Croisette. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only hitch is the glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom - challenging for the more modest bather, or when you need a light in the bathroom but don’t want to wake the person sleeping.

The Junior Suite we ordered where under the ground outside. We expected another location for a suite. Big room with two bathrooms but not with a good atmosphere since you felt it was «in the basement». We got changed to another room in first floor. It is a cheaper room but got only compensated one breakfast when we stayed three nights. One of the staff in the desk where sitting with the head in her hands and seeing like she where really bored of sitting there. So all in all, not toppscore from us.
