Great location but ok room

Very central location, near to the rail station, easy for uber or bolt, and just off Rue D'Antibes and La Croisette. The bakery below was great for breakfast treats, as well, the mini supermarket, Carrefour City Make sure to request a room with a window or you may end up with a windowless room as we did. No natural light so had to set an alarm to wake up.

clean shared bathroom, nice shared kitchen, 2k walk from train so quite walkable for us with backpacks, Conad grocery not far away and walking access on Pisa Wall right across from Conad store entrance was great for walking to Tower and center.

Spacious, clean rooms! Very secure property! It was a little tricky finding the entrance door from the street and not a lot of people in the nearby shops spoke English but once I found the entrance, it was smooth sailing from there on

Very close but read through the listing before.

Nice place, close to the city and very smooth checkin. But know where you are staying so you avoid to get disappointed. It is very close to the train station. You will hear the trains. Also close to a road. AC works nice, the room was listed as not having a toilet but it actually had which of course is nice. Make sure to look that all necessary things you need are there, e.g I had no soap in my room but there is a store nearby with great opening hours. The door to get in sometimes won’t open, but it helps to hold it pushed while entering the pin, then it will open after the buzzing sound. Overall very worth the low price.

Abbiamo fatto qualche giorno in moto in Costa Azzurra e abbiamo scelto Cannes per la posizione centrale. La struttura è ottima a livello logistico e proprio accanto c’è anche il negozio di alimentari. Peccato solo per i rumori dei treni e della sopraelevata.

Ubicación genial

Estuvimos una semana y tiene lo necesario para vivir y cocinar. También tiene terracita que da su servicio aunque no tiene vistas. En nuestro caso, había una litera, por lo que personas con problemas de movilidad tienen que preguntar antes. Justo al lado hay un carrefour y está literalmente a dos minutos de la playa pública y de la zona de ocio. Destaco la ubicación: es perfecta. Por último, si me leen los anfitriones, ¡un sacacorchos, por favor!

Vraiment un agréable séjour excellent rapport qualifié prix pour la période (séjour en août). Équipement à disposition vraiment très pratique et appartement bien agencé. Je recommande et je me ferais un plaisir d'y retourner! La femme qui s'occupe de l'entretien et très agréable et vraiment gentille. Tous les commerces sont tous à 2 pas. Et la plage en 10 minutes à pieds. Pour ma part tout s'est agréablement bien passé.

Bonne localisation, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare. Une boulangerie se trouve juste à côté, ainsi qu'un petit supermarché. Le studio était un peu exigu, mais propre. Le bâtiment concerné comporte 16 appartement répartis sur 5 niveaux, disposant tous d'une boîte à clef sur leur porte. Le compteur du bâtiment a disjoncté deux soirs de suite pendant mon séjour, la faute à certains climatiseurs allumés, et à la puissance électrique délivrée qui n'a pas été augmenté par les propriétaires, par sécurité et au vu du grand nombre de lots desservis sur le même compteur. Ce que j'ai moins apprécié, c'est le comportement de la femme du personnel d'entretien, laquelle utilise la buanderie pour laver ses vêtements personnels, alors que cette dernière est clairement disponible pour les clients de ce bâtiment. Souhaitant donc effectuer une lessive pendant mon séjour, toutes les machines étaient occupées par du linge, et alors que les cycles de lavage étaient terminés. J'ai donc dû enlever du linge qui n'avait pas été retiré une fois lavé, pour être en mesure d'effectuer ma lessive. Il se trouve qu'il s'agissait du linge de la femme de ménage, laquelle s'est permise en plus de me faire des remarques déplacées, alors que c'était elle qui était en tort. Une honte. Qui plus est, elle m'a même ensuite demandé à ce que le studio soit totalement nettoyé au moment de mon départ, alors que c'est à elle de s'en occuper. Cela ne me donne pas envie d'y revenir.

Bruyant et petit

Ma chambre était sous le toit, donc vraiment très petite puisque il est impossible de se tenir debout sur la moitié de la pièce. La proximité avec la gare fait qu'on ressent les vibrations des trains, et on entend les voitures malgré les velux fermés. Sinon, la clim est appréciable et le lieu est propre.

Apartement propre, comfortable, bien equipe et bien situe. J'ai trouve que meme s'il se situe tres proche de les voies du train le bruit n'est pas si forte grace au double vitrage. La seule chose qui m'a manque c'est une place pour laisser mes bagages jusqu'au le depart de mon train le dernier jour.

It was a good stay..Booked for 4 nights. Airconditioning of the room is very good. We were allowed to check in early. It would have been better if we have a better towels and pillows. You may or may notl get used to the noise of the train coming in and out of Cannes as said on previous reviews. Grocery stone & bakeshop are steps away.
