"Tuscany was the highlight of our time in Italy, and this hotel definitely played a part in that. It was rustic, cute, comfortable, and the sunset views were stunning. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We forgot to pack an umbrella and when we asked if the hotel had any, one of the staff gave us their own for the day. Such sweet hosts! We stayed in the romantic suite for our 15 year anniversary, and it did not disappoint! Everything was so great! I wish we could stay longer!"

"Rooms were very hot and I mean terribly hot, no real balcony, just closed ones but you can open a window at the balcony, restaurant closed so no service, we arrived at 18:00, spa closed, we checked in and left 30 minutes later. Lost my money, got a lesson in reading the reviews better, the name tricked us, wellness and spa, 4 stars🤣. We had two rooms☹️"
