“Loved that room service was everyday. Since covid that has been limited to as needed or every other day depending on the resort/hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing. Miguel at the front desk was wonderful so helpful. Really went out his way and the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I didnt care for the pool because i loved the beach. Breakfast lunch and dinner was great. A different theme every night. The staff (most) were multi-lingual. ”

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...
