"Everybody was GREAT except a lady at the front desk named Rose Ann… My first night there, it was STRESSED by the staff (when we ordered food) that Uber Eats was not allowed to deliver to the guest rooms…( No worries) I was in the pool area the next day outside waiting for my food to be delivered and upon delivery (by a notification) I went to the desk and asked was there a delivery for me because Uber Eats had just delivered my order.. Rose Ann had no clue where my food was… I called the driver and my food was upstairs at my room door…. He walked straight past her and my food was at my room door… I was thankful just to have my food but when I asked Rose Ann about my delivery she COULD HAVE CARED LESS… Her whole attitude was NONCHALANT and whenever you would ask her a question it was, “what do you need” like you were getting on her nerves… Aside from that, the rooms were IMMACULATE and the rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming.."

"The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The bar area was very nice, and the drinks were prepared well. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast seating, as there did not appear to be enough seating to comfortably accommodate the volume of guests during peak hours.
As an added touch to enhance the guest experience, I believe offering one complimentary drink per adult as part of the guest amenities would be a great addition."

"The room was not clean the hallway smelled like animal urine. The breakfast was terrible arrived at 9am. All the tables were gross no one was cleaning up for others to sit. Very disappointed"
