“So hotel lobby was well kept, but when we left to get to our room, first was garbage can outside of door to get in was overflowing with trash and all over the ground, then when we went in door Firebox in wall was beeping, when we got to room, wallpaper falling off, dirty chairs in room, dripping shower, heat didn't work, they came and tried to fix, then set at 70 in 15 minutes was 77 tried to lower it and system shut off again and we spent the night with no heat....so we were supposed to stay...

“Hotel is definitely looking tired. It could also use a deep cleaning, especially in the common areas. Only encountered one staff member at the front desk and she was lovely. Room was decent, but lots of wear and tear. Fortunately bed was comfortable, but pillow pillows were awful with feathers poking into your head and very flimsy. We continue to stay here due to the location as you can walk right into town and it’s just off the bike path. Hopefully they’ll put some more attention into the...

“Second time staying here and it was amazing! Clean, quiet and safe property and the staff is very accommodating. Went here this weekend for my girlfriend’s birthday. They allowed me to have some items delivered to their property and the staff set them up prior to our arrival for an amazing surprise!! Highly recommend staying here . ”

The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment.”
