It’s a really lovely place to stay. The people at the front desk are super friendly. The balcony overlooking the pool/oceanside was my favorite part. You can walk to the private beach. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool. It’s super family friendly. It’s a really great place to stay with kids. Very fun and relaxing. The rooms have a kitchenette area, big fridge, a stove top, sink, dishes, etc. I liked it a lot. It felt comfy and homey. There may be bougier hotels in Provincetown, but Sandcastle is my favorite.

The rooms are dated but clean. It is a reasonable price for being so close to downtown. If you are looking for an affordable way to experience Provincetown then Sandcastle is a great option. Some of the rooms have fold down murphy beds. We stayed in one of these andThe staff are super friendly and helpful! Overall great stay!

I think for what it was, the price was very reasonable. It was on the beach, I had an ocean view and a balcony, and a full, small kitchen. It was showing some wear, and some of the surfaces were a little beat up, but that's what I would expect at that price. You should know that it's a little out of town and not within walking distance of a restaurant. However, if you have a car, town is just a seven minute drive away. I would definitely stay here again.

Office staff were amazing!! Unfortunately the hot tub and club room were closed for our stay which we weren't informed. Pool and beach were wonderful though and we loved how close it was to both the beach and ptown. Overall this was a great family vacation and the kids all had a blast and the room was in a perfect location but the room itself needs updates such as a better pullout couch and is a bit dated but we spent the majority outside so that's what counts!!

Quick, easy and friendly check in and it processes. Clean room, 2 pools and a couple courts for tennis, pickle ball and basketball. Has grills with utensils and has ebike and escooter section which is super helpful. Main building has ac, oceanfront does not. I do wish there was an elevator as I'm an overpacker, but that's on me!

We got to sandcastle resorts around 1130 ... and the manager was very accomadating and got our room much earlier than the 4:00 check in time !!! Love the oceanview rooms been going there for 15 plus years!!! Was very quiet and Will be back!!!!

Great room and loved the Murphy bed. The staff were so sweet and supportive, the views were lovely, and the kitchen was great. I think there should be an extension for the pool and Jacuzzi on the weekends like 24 hour access only on Fridays and Saturdays or something. Thank you for all your support!

This was my 2nd time staying at the Sandcastle. I love the location, view, indoor pool and especially the balcony. My only problem was with the smoke from guests who are addicted to smoking and have to smoke outside. The smoke travels everywhere, along with pollen and other pollutants. I’m in my mid-70’s and it’s harder on my lungs than it was in my youth.
