“Amazing hotel and staff”

“The rooms are not soundproof and people were speaking very loudly in the passages and hallways in the middle of the night with no regard for other tired guests trying to sleep. Kids were running and stomping around in the hallways and up and down the stairs. I highly recommend a quiet policy from 22:00 to be implemented and soundproofing the rooms.”

“Lovely view of table top mountain with wonderful large room”

“Very thoughtful setting in the room were we stayed. Although it was a quiet day, we were informed that we're upgraded to a more expensive room. One of the owners was there receiving us and is very friendly and helpful. Little details in the room, including live flowers, snow that they love creating the best experience for guests. Also had a nice chat at the breakfast time and with the checkout. Felt like visiting a good friend.”

“Greattttt staff! Excellent service all around Definitely reccomend ”

“Wonderful staff, very quiet, friendly, warm and cozy, great location.”

“Dirty apartment, no heaters, poor communication, check-in reception was a distance from the apartment, prominent smells of weed in the building. I would not recommend the place as my overall experience was really poor.”

“Hotel com boa localização, funcionários simpáticos e instalação muito confortável. Local como é no centro faz alguns barulhos pois é próximo a avenida. Não me atrapalhou em nada pois tenho sono pesado, mas equipe disponibilizou tampões caso necessário. Recomendo local!”

“Clean and comfortable than expected. ”
