This was an exceptional stay . The hotel is beautiful, luxurious with beautiful spacious rooms in a wonderful location. The service is outstanding. I don’t think I have stayed at a better hotel .

I had the pleasure of staying at the Alphen Boutique Hotel in the Constantia area of Cape Town, and it was an exceptional experience. The property is absolutely amazing, blending modern conveniences with the charm of traditional Cape Dutch heritage. The facilities were fantastic, the service was truly first-class, and everything was spotlessly clean. I would definitely return – a perfect balance of luxury and heritage. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay, rooms perfect and service exceptional. Breakfast times were busy due to number of non-hotel guest diners. A close by road made the ambience slightly less idyllic than imagined when sat outside. Other than that, would return.

Updated old Cape elegance in a pastoral setting

Despite the fact that the Alphen is undergoing renovations and it was during Level 3 lockdown- we would t even have known. Our suite was impeccable- loved the 2 bathrooms! The complimentary bottle of wine was much appreciated and the Marshall blue tooth speaker was a nice touch. The lovely receptionist, who’s name escapes me was delightful and couldn’t do enough for us! I wish I didn’t have to depart at the crack of dawn to make my flight, but fortunately my companion was able to have a delicious breakfast and enjoy a leisurely morning.

Superbe

On top of being an exceptionally beautiful and well serviced hotel, the hotel also attracts the locals which creates a very nice vibe in the restaurants. The staff was amazingly kind to our little son too. I highly recommend this place to anyone willing to discover Cape Town and the surroundings, far away from the busy streets, and reasonable driving distance to everything.
