Classy, relaxed but wonderful accomodation!

Where to start: This has to be one of the best places that I have ever stayed in, if I had a problem it was that it spoilt me for the rest of my holiday in South Africa. Rose and her team of happy helpers make the holiday experience top class, from the personalised service at breakfast to the freedom with which they give ideas and suggestions for things to do during the day I had 5 wonderful days there and, to borrow the phrase, "I'll be back". More than anything, the relaxed, classy atmosphere gave one the feeling of relaxing a the home of a good friend - 10/10 in my book!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, eine tolle Service Cefin Colleen. Sehr sauber mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr hilfsbereit beim buchen für Touren. Nach Cape Town mit dem Uber ( App für Taxis ) für unter 5€ erreichbar. Kleines Manko - kein direktes Geschäft fussläufig erreichbar aber mit Uber in 3 min fahrt für 2€ ( Paddocks Einkaufszentrum ). Kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen 👌

Tolles, familiäres Hotel mit supernetter Gastgeberin, samt Ehemann und aufmerksamen Team. Und auch den kleinen entzückenden Haushund ( wird nur bei Hundefreunden rausgelassen) Bailey haben wir liebgewonnen. Rose hilft Einem, wo sie helfen kann (hatte aufgrund Aufregung leichtes Magenflattern und leichtes Unwohlsein, Rosé wollte mich schon zum Arzt oder ins Krankenhaus fahren). Auch gute Ausflugstips gibt sie. Wir haben uns bei ihr richtig wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand ( Sunset Beach) sind es nur 5 Minuten und die Umgebung ist sehr sicher und ruhig. The Atlantic Beach Villa is a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a 5 min walk to the gorgeous sunset beach. It is a perfect place, with the most kindhearted staff, for those that are looking for a place outside of downtown Cape Town where they can relax and get out of the hustle of city life. The only aspect that I did not enjoy was the fact that other guests are allowed to smoke outside near the pool and when you have a room with an opening door/windows to the pool area and there is no air conditioning so the windows are always open, the smoke comes in and really makes avoiding second hand smoke impossible. But other than that and if you are lucky enough to stay there when there are no smokers, it is amazing!

Rose and her staff were all very friendly. The rooms are well equipped and Rose took the time to advise our group where to visit and recommended restaurants both in the local area and further afield. She also told us about the best beaches and gave us drives with wonderful scenery. The villa itself is set in a quiet residential area which is very safe and we were able to walk to restaurants and a supermarket. The breakfasts were great as well with a choice of cereal, continental and freshly prepared cooked breakfasts including beautiful omelettes. Now we have the red soil of Africa is on the soles of our feet ...we will return!!

For me this was home away from home. From the moment I arrived and was met by Stephanie who was so friendly through to meeting the owners and the other guests. The whole visit was a wonderful experience and certainly one which I am sure I will enjoy again very soon. My room was spotless, breakfast was an amazing experience and the omlettes are to die for... I am certain that Stephanie's omelette was far better than Roses but only because I didn't get the chance to sample the latter. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience.. One which I hope I can reciprocate with in St Helena sometime.

Rose and her staff are not only friendly, but so caring, thoughtful and informative. Such an amazing staff and property. The villa is located about a 15 minute drive to VA waterfront, inexpensive uber will get you to the city center within minutes.

Fabulous place with a lovely atmosphere. Rosie and her husband were kind and helpful. The area is a little away from main Cape Town but I loved that and there is so much to explore with a gorgeous beach 3 minutes at the end of the road. Perfect for a gorgeous sunset and wine.

Schön. Erholsam. Wohlfühlunterkunft

Wir fanden diese Unterkunft mehr als sehr gut. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden sehr familiär versorgt und bekocht (Frühstück). Die Omelettes von Rose sind spitze ;-) Und die Tipps von Rose für Ausflüge jeglicher Art sind unbezahlbar. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder !!!!!
