Really enjoyed, clean, secure, well run and ideally placed with a 10 minute walk along the canals to the waterfront. Uber taxis and uber eats very cheap and deliver as required. Would thoroughly recommend. Great value for money.

Lack of communication around check in procedues Squeaky bed Shower - mould Toilet seat broken No water pressure No hot water at sink Annoying alarm eye flickering green and illuminating the room Static / noise / interference from telephone area No extraction in bathroom / fan not working Shower drain not in good condition Parking bay extremely tight for large vehicles Proximity to highway generates a lot of noise as there is no real sound isolation or protection.
