The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed with newly renovated bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Tea making area with sink provided, combined with the wardrobe was neat and convenient but could do with a light above it. TV is tiny for the size of the room. Minibar provided was adequately supplied but overpriced. Breakfast was more than adequate with a large variety of selections and I did note variety over several days.

Cape Town Lodge and Hotel is highly recommended!!! Excellent service, very clean, ambiance is great, and convenient to shopping, rides, and walking distance to tourist sites. Their sit down restaurant, The Famous Butchers Grill is superb😋 And to top it all, very reasonable accommodation.

This hotel is located in a center of the Cape Town and easy driving access to any of the tourist attraction. Lobby receptionist was very nice and polite and professional even it said she was still in training. It was a large room and very comfortable. View of the Table Mountains from the room window was also great. Staff at the breakfast restaurant was all great, very friendly to our 2 and half year old daughter. We would like to visit this hotel again.

Almost too good to be true

This hotel is amazing good value for money! Lovely, spacious room, very comfy huge bed, balcony onto courtyard, good shower, even mini-bar fridge and tea/coffee facility. Nice artwork all over hotel, nice restaurant and bar. All in all can highly recommend for a stay in the city!

We loved it

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was huge with a great view of the city, breakfast was delicious (great choice of savoury and sweet) and the staff were always helpful and really nice to us. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town, since on top of everything else, it's right next to Bree street, an area of great atmosphere.

This felt like a much more expensive hotel compared to what I paid for a room!! The room was clean, huge, with great amenities. The staff at breakfast were SO KIND! All of the staff were wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Cape Town.

CENTRAL CBD HOTEL THAT OFFERS GREAT VALUE

This Hotel is great value for what it provides and where it is located. It is very central to everything in the city and major sightseeing - close to shopping and many eateries. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the entire property is well maintained. The staff overall are friendly and helpful especially the in the Breakfast room. The breakfast could be more exciting especially when it comes to pasties
