This was the last stay on our 2-week South Africa honeymoon, and we loved the tranquility and location of this charming B&B! Our bathroom was a bit on the small side, but we enjoyed a spacious room with comfortable bed, a nice included breakfast, a charming and safe neighborhood and a pleasant stay!

A positive and memorable stay!

My visit to Cape Town was wonderful, in part because of a lovely experience at the One Kensington Boutique Hotel. The Gardens neighbourhood is beautiful, with views of Table Mountain and Lions Head from the property, while also being a convenient location to easily walk to the CBD. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the decor and amenities were tasteful and good quality. The breakfast was delightful as were the indoor and outdoor dining areas. And the service was friendly and generally very helpful.

Good family choice

I would recommend this hotel, the position is excellent, the staff friendly and the rooms comfortable. It was ideal for us travelling as a family, we were give two connecting rooms.

Very nice Guest House with stunning view

Very nice guest house located in Gardens on the slope up to the Table Mountain, the view from our 1st floor room/balcony (no 6) was stunning, could see the waterfront, the Lion Mountain etc. Very good service and excellent service. Nice beds.

Stay with family

We were warmly received and attended to on arrival. A short briefing helped orienting us. Stayed in family room and that was just nice for 4 of us. Breakfast is sumptuous and enough to keep you going all day. The location is convinient and parking was easy and at the door. Got all the required info and guidance from the owners including restaurants and such. Overall very accommodating and professional in their approach.

Lovely Villa

Beautiful place, wonderful staff, amazing service

Spent 4 nights here and it was amazing! The location in the Gardens area was quite and beautiful, but just two blocks from bars and restaurants that were more local, not as touristy and overpriced. The property was lovely, our 2 room suite was great for us to all have enough space and privacy. The view of Lionshead from the windows and over the pool is magical. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Can't say enough good things really! Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone I know traveling to Cape Town.

Great hotel in a peaceful setting

We stayed for 3 nights at Villa Lutzi in family room 1. It was clean and well decorated with a nice patio area. The hotel is in a lovely area, quiet and yet very accessible to everywhere. It felt very safe. The grounds are very well maintained, with beautiful gardens and a nice pool (and a few very friendly, sun lounging cats). The staff are all exceptional and the breakfast is very good with hot and cold options. Our only complaint would be that in summer and with no air conditioning, the duvet (with no top sheet) was far too heavy and we didn't sleep well as a result. There are fans in every room and with a light duvet, it would have been fine. Otherwise we loved everything and would definitely return again!

Freundlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Unkompliziertes "einchecken" . Schöner, gepflegter Garten. Kleiner sauberer Pool. Saubere, liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Personal sehr höflich. Zum reichhaltigen Frühstück gab es auch immer ein nettes Gespräch mit guten Tipps durch die Vermieterin. das Haus liegt sehr zentral, sodass man Fußläufig viel unternehmen kann. Man hatte jederzeit auch ein sicheres gefühl im Haus.Eine Auswahl an gekühlten Getränken, gegen Bezahlung stehen immer zur Verfügung..
