Sure is a well run hotel apartment in down town core. Unfortunately this room is privately owned or booked no room cleaning or garbage pick up for over 5 days no clean towels, unit not cleaned regularly ie picture frames cabinets. chair was poorly repaired and I was injured. Site has good program but because it's private booking no savings in advance. Very complicated check in as an out side agent must meet and give a gate key .. no refund in those extra scan cards.. no in room instructions about garbage clean up. No sir conditioning just a fan ... Room size inaccurate... Yes there is an elevator but you need a scan card. 85 ZAR per card non refunded... Sure took security deposit also not refunded so not a very good price better to book with actual property or seek other site when you add up hidden fees complex booking and schuled meeting more expensive then just walking to front desk.
