Do not go here

It wasnt a stay at all. Got to the location and the gentlemen who greeted me were rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. Communication from the owners were horrible. All I recieved was an automated text with little to no important or useful information. We strongly recommended no one else to book this property as I believe it is a scam.

It’s was my boyfriends birthday weekend and we ended up stranded no place to go and no contact made whatsoever my money came off my account but I slept in a car cause no one pitched and couldn’t get hold of anyone !

I wss moved to AXIS Lixiry Property because apartment i booked no longer part of company portfolio. Issue was this was never communicated to me till after scheduled checkin. Property was on par with what i booked, but not as convenient to where i wanted to be. Only other issue was that room hadn't had all food removed. In fact some was so old it was moldy. In fairness, the food was in a cabinet, but still shouldn't happen. Also no remote for Heat/AC init. First night i froze with no way to turn heat on. They brought next day to me. Employees were great.

Great location and space

Wonderful location that was perfect for our needs. Only problem was that contact details on reservations were incorrect and so we had to go through Hotels.Com in order to find owner. This took some time. Otherwise, the location was ideal and the apartment was wonderful.

Luxurious stay at waters edge

My stay at waters edge was lovely , water edge is central located so its easy to get to all the places in cape town , its also right next to canal walk which makes it even more convenient for getting food and basic needs. The views are amazing and i managed to do a circular running route. The apartment was beautiful decorated and clean , the wifi and Tv were in good working order. I would definitely book again 🌻

A few issues , mosquito infested bedroom despite closing all windows and doors , lack of aircon a problem at 35 degrees and the bathrooms absolutely need to have some ventilation , mould on the roof already and not the best smelling water ... wont be back

A real Home from Home

This is the 2nd Home from Home property that I have stayed at and I am not disappointed. It can be a bit troublesome finding the properties on the dark on the first night. My only gripe this time was a water outage due to some work being carried our by the water company - not ideal when no notice was given and there is no back-up. But this was not the fault of the property.

Amazing location, apartment was spacious and well equiped. Free speedy wifi and dstv premium chanels. It doesn't have a front desk but we were provided whats app number to which they responded swiftly in cases of any queries.
