โIt was a good hotel where I could spend a wonderful Christmas with my boyfriend. We had 6 swimming pools so we could swim quietly and the location was close to the city so it was good to have a restaurant and a beach view. First of all, hotel room was very clean, and there was kitchen, and we ate and cooked wonderful evening.โ

โWonderful wooden cabin in the middle of Daintree forest, reached by a wooden path from reception โ luggage trolleys available! We arrived late but the keys were in a lock box with easy instructions. Staff and restaurant food were excellent. Would loved to have stayed longer. We did a night walk and went down to explore the beach in the morning. Beautiful locationโ

Think some of the reviews are a bit harsh, it may not be the most luxurious 5 star in the world but itโs certainly an upgrade from a 4 star. Weโd stay again. โ
"Positive Experience:
This was my third time staying at this hotel in Cairns, and once again, it was a pleasant experience overall. I arrived early in the morning, and a kind Japanese staff member at the front desk went out of their way to assist me with an early check-in for an additional fee. Thanks to them, I was able to settle in comfortably after a long flight.
Moreover, as I had requested in advance, I was given a room at the corner side with the best view, which I truly appreciated. It made my stay even more enjoyable.
Areas for Improvement:
However, there were a few disappointing aspects during this visit.
Firstly, the shower gel in the bathroom was completely empty, with only a bit of water left inside. Iโm not sure whether the previous guest used it all or took it, but it seemed the housekeeping staff had not checked or refilled it before my arrival. This is something that definitely needs more attention.
Secondly, after checking out the next day, I was informed that my swimming trunks had been blown off and had fallen to a lower level. When I asked about retrieving them, I was simply told that it was difficult since check-ins were ongoing. The response felt rather dismissive.
In particular, the female staff member at the front desk in the afternoon did not seem very willing to help, which left me slightly disappointed. One of the main reasons I"
