"Bed sheets and pillows were stained and had hair on them. They supply dishwashing liquid that’s was empty. Spoke to reception he gave me a set of new clean sheets and pillowcases but told me dishwashing liquid was out of stock and waiting for delivery. "

"Room was very small with creaky floors and very noisy overall. Elm balcony room has a shared balcony which wasn’t specified so I had people talking and hanging outside my room and could see inside my room. This is expensive hotel and I would have expected better rooms but given it’s and old building I guess that’s too be expected. Overpriced for what it is. Staff and service were excellent so that was positive. "

"All staff we had contact with were friendly, efficient and helpful. Off street parking was easy, on the property. Amenities in the room were excellent. "

"Standard 2 Bedroom Family Room clean and functional with 2 spacious rooms each with 2 beds, also kitchenette. Easy parking. "

"Freshly painted bathroom door smell made the night horrible. Fumes of paint were getting in eyes and caused breathing issues.complained about it, but couldnt resolve saying all rooms occupied"

"Clean room but no hot water and extremely good chance staff knew. Had to cut stay short because they were full and couldn't give us another room with hot water"
