5/5 Excellent
"Aza Cave Hotel truly lives up to it's reviews and reputation as a quality hotel in Cappadocia. Amongst Goreme's vast selection of hotels and restaurants, Aza features gorgeous sights, extremely generous hospitality, and quality amenities.
Aza's staff, specifically the over-night manager, went above and beyond with client service and hospitality, making you feel like family. The breakfast buffet and a la carte feature was delightful.
The hotel's location is on the outer-edge of Goreme but still walkable to the heart of town (approximately 7 minutes). Although Goreme is strictly a tourist town, Aza feels like a secluded resort set in a beautiful, natural, private location.
Although the weather in early May was too chilly to use the unheated pool, it was a welcomed feature amongst the unique chimney-toped rock formations.
The room we were provided was large, well-appointed, comfortable, and quiet.
We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Aza; I cannot imagine a better symmetry between hospitality, luxury, and beauty. "
