“Megan is out standing day of check out I was suffering from heat stroke and she offered me a late check out so I could recover before having to fly. She did not have to do that but for it I am extremely grateful. ”

“Everything was perfect . From Check in to check out . The front desk staff treated us kindly . Everything was super clean, the bed was very comfortable , and the place was quite quiet . The hotel is also very beautiful and spacious . I would definitely stay there again.l love it.”

“The free breakfast was very good. They had a lot of options. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The pool was clean. The evening employee was not as friendly and helpful as all the other employees. We especially liked the women that worked at the breakfast area. She kept the breakfast foods well stocked at all times. She was very friendly and helpful. ”

“The Pink Shell was an amazing property. The staff were so helpful and fun! The villa we stayed in was so clean and had everything we needed and more. I didn't realize they had washer/dryers, dishwashers, stoves etc in them. I also loved the adult only pool. The family friendly pool stayed very active and we preferred to hang out with our drinks and relax. Fort Myers Beach is still in repair after the hurricane last year. That was the only thing that I could see that would make me give it 4...

“The staff is absolutely fabulous here! They only reason I didn’t not give all 5 stars is because there was a power outage issue but the staff did everything they could to get it up and running asap and worked with us. ”

“Third time staying in Sanibel. This hotel (or Inn) is amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is amazing. Huge space, nice kitchen and supplies, balcony with a lot of chairs and table to sit and relax. King size bed was great and bathroom has 2 sinks - identical as photos. They offer 1 covered parking spot (in the summer or raining season, this make a difference). The Inn is right at the beach, in a private and nice place at Sanibel - away from the public beach area.
