"There's a young lady on the front desk team that's so rude and flippant, never seemed interested in helping to resolve anything. Made the whole stay awful. Housekeeping also would lie that they cleaned room on request when they didn't. When you try to ask them about cleaning, they'd claim "no english". So no way to even request cleaning. Management didn't seem to care. Stayed one week, requested housekeeping twice, both times ignored, bed bugs also in bed. So another person leaving for the same...

"The floor in our room was sticky, even the carpet. The closet smelled like urine. The bed sank down in the middle so we were constantly rolling towards one another to the middle of the bed. The breakfast was not great- the oatmeal was watery and the sausage was hard. Glad there were gluten free options for our daughter who has celiac, that was a plus! The pool was good, however, it lacked seating for those that were non-swimmers, but it was a busy weekend so I imagine that’s not a common...
