When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. "

Also, the chef made a special effort to make me homemade soup as I was feeling the effects of a heavy head cold.
