"It is a good hotels hotel - room service, gym, restaurants, 24 hours check in etc. Parking is pretty good in the area, lots of cheap street parking although no reliable hotel parking is a little annoying. Only criticism is that the value vs quality of the food (especially room service) is pretty awful. I don't even pay for my own food when I travel and I'll still avoid it. Over priced and poorly prepared most of the time. "

"the room was clean, decent size and the bed was so comfortable. the wardrobe was a really good size the only thing is i wish thete was more then 2 hangers. we couldn’t find a powerpoint by the bed which was a little annoying. good size tv and windows with pretty much black out blinds. the bathroom was awesome, big mirror and HUGE shower. the staff were super lovely and helpful, shout out to the guy who did breakfast. loved breakfast, heaps of options and loved the juice and croissants."

"We had an ensuite and there was no door to the bathroom. The dust behind the TV was awful. The fridge froze everything. The bed was incredibly soft and uncomfortable. The stairs to the room were hard to navigate with bags as they were very steep. The blinds didn't close on one window. Staff were nice, welcome drink appreciated, location unbeatable and good value for Freo."
