Maverick, the hotel front desk concierge, was very friendly and patient with us. He welcomed us on our first day and answered all of our questions. Maverick arranged all our tours with Andy for the night tour and Abel for the morning boat tour. Both did a fantastic job, but especially Abel, who went above and beyond on the wildlife tour. And is impeccable at all times ;) What made the difference was Alonso and Alejandra at the front desk. They are exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to help you.
