ある夜、配管が壊れて、水が出なくなっていました。ホテルに帰るのが遅かったので、知らされていませんでした。他の宿泊者には、知らされていたようで、他の宿に移った人が多かったようです。管理人さんが、常時、宿におらず、連絡が取れませんでした。何度も、エクスペディアにも連絡を取りましたが、夜中でしたので、改善はされませんでした。次の日も早かったので、我々も対策を取れず、そのままでした。宿に帰ると水は出たのですが、お湯が出ず、困り果てて、宿を出る事となりました。日本では、どんなに安くても考えられない事です。便利な場所で、良いレストランや有名カフェもあり、部屋も大きく、鍵が見失った際、管理人さんが合鍵を貸してくださったりと良かったのですが、残念なことに水で行き詰まってしまいました。これは、ホテルの根幹に関わることですので、改善して頂きたいです。又、友人の部屋は、雨でシャワー室が使えず、関連の宿を紹介してくださいましたが、虫だらけで、とても泊まれる宿ではありませんでした。やはり、最低の整備は必要かと思います。あと、突然、洗面所のドアがロックされてしまいました。この時は、夜中でしたが、管理人さんが、ドアをこじ開けてくださいました。たまたま、管理人さんが、ホテルにいらしたので、何とかなりましたが、管理人さんと常時、連絡が取れない事が問題です。やはり、キャンセルした宿泊代を返金して欲しいです。ホテルは、生活の一部となります。細やかな設備の管理が必要かと思います。コスタリカは、素晴らしい国で、サンホセは、とても快適に過ごせる都市です。これから、観光客も増加すると思われますので、どうか、改善して頂きたいです。ドアが二重になっており、安全面では、大変に良かったので、大変に、残念な結果となってしまいました。もう少し、丁寧な管理が出来れば、この宿は、素晴らしい宿になると思いました。　近くのカリブ料理、イタリア料理、そして、ステーキ屋さんは、絶品でした！素敵なカフェも沢山あり、便利の良い場所です。配管や雨の管理の杜撰さが残念でした。
