“I stayed here with a large family group to celebrate our engagement, and it was a highly frustrating experience.
Right from the start, check-in took forever. My fiancé and I had to change rooms three times; the first was dirty with broken items, the second was covered in black mold, and the third had a very weak AC. Multiple family members in our group had to go through the exact same room-switching ordeal.
To make matters worse, we saw cockroaches near the food stations and around the bar...
