"Restaurant wait time to long, had to wait 1 1/2 hours one day and 1 hour another to be seated. That's not the way we want to spend our vacations. Also the hostess couldn't even give us an estimated time of wait, and not only that by she kind off seen not concerned on our feelings. We travel 2 - 4 times a year and we don't remember ever have to wait that long. On Dominican night week ending 10/17/26, we experience a very rude treatment by a waiter, we didn't catch his name but he was a tall skinny man. We understand that the restaurant closes at 9:30, but they were still picking up food and cleaning up. He basically told us we needed to leave, not only that but he told us 3 times that they were just waiting for us. This is the firs5time we have ever been treated that way and certainly don't appreciate it."

"🌴🇯🇲 This hotel is beautiful! The food wasn’t really the best for my liking, but overall, I had a great experience. About 85% of the staff I interacted with were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. One thing that was a little disappointing was that the pools closed at 6 PM. I had such a great time enjoying the swim-up pools, and I really wish they stayed open a little later. The biggest downside for me was the noise from the room above me. My upstairs neighbors constantly dragged things across the floor, and you could clearly hear it in my room especially at bedtime 😩😒. It definitely made it harder to relax and sleep. Overall, though, it’s a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. I just wish the pools stayed open later and the rooms had better soundproofing!"
